Macintosh install · no signed zip required

Apple Developer signing (L5) is deferred. Use the Terminal one-liner first · it avoids Gatekeeper blocking an unsigned download.

Then innsegall bootstrap runs from the installer · welcome scout + Voyage on the 1st and 15th.

Notarized InnsegallInstaller.zip ships after Apple Developer enrollment · see APPLE_DEVELOPER_ID on GitHub. Until then, ignore 404 on the release asset.
