BlockBlock vs Post-Scare Triage
With Innsegall, no one is your enemy · you have no foe.
Chan eil nàmhaid agad.
BlockBlock watches for new persistence and can block it. That is ongoing guard duty · not the first question after a fake virus popup.
After a scare · close the tab · skip toll-free “support” numbers · decide if you downloaded or pasted anything. Then measure your Mac once.
Enviar o scout for a Battle Scout receipt · add BlockBlock later if you want persistence alerts · KnockKnock guide.
When BlockBlock fits
Ongoing monitoring · you want alerts when something tries to install a persistent agent.
When Innsegall fits
- One-shot answer after a popup or suspicious download · LIKELY_OK or ESCALATE
- Clan sharing · unlimited scouts on one passage
- Pair with Apple built-ins · see XProtect after a scare
Complementary stack
BlockBlock and Innsegall are not substitutes. Use BlockBlock for watch mode · use Innsegall for post-scare read-only triage.
