I Accidentally Allowed Safari Notifications on My Mac

One hurried Allow can spam you for weeks with fake security alerts. You did not install a virus · you gave a website permission to notify you.
Undo the permission
Safari → Settings → Websites → Notifications · set the site to Deny. Prefer Deny over Remove if you want to block without re-prompt risk.
Prevention
Disable “Allow websites to ask…” for family Macs that should never see the prompt.
